Server Chaco is offline. We are waiting reply of datacenter.

Update: The server has been replaced and will need to be reinstalled. The IP address will remain the same. This process may take 1 to 3 hours. We will provide updates here:

OS reinstall: Completed
DirectAdmin reinstall: Completed
Sites Restore: Completed

All accounts were restored from the last weekly backup. All sites are online.

A portion of New York location is experiencing network issues and affecting server SONIC
No ETA is available at this time.

UPDATE: We have started restoring the sites in another NY data center and DNS now resolve to new IP.
UPDATE 2: 100% of sites with dns sonic1/sonic2 are online.

We have contacted users who use Cloudflare or external DNS to update their IP address.

This is a notice of upcoming maintenance this Saturday for the DirectAdmin hosting node DAUK
Maintenance will start Sunday June 7th at 12AM local London time (GMT+1), and should be completed within 30-45 minutes.
Accounts using DirectAdmin PHP Versions (instead of CloudLinux PHP Selector) may notice a slightly longer outage or periods of downtime in the hours after as DA rebuilds php versions.
Purpose of the maintenance is an OS update to CloudLinux 9.
